Appointment
Bill Cotter of Robson Cotter Insolvency Group was appointed Liquidator of the following companies in
the group on 3 April 2023.

- Vanquish Holdings Pty Ltd
- Bend Tube Designs Pty Ltd
- Sable Labour Hire Pty Ltd
- Tochlo Pty Ltd

The businesses had ceased to trade shortly prior to the date of liquidation. The Liquidator will not be trading-on the business operations of the companies during the liquidation process.
The Liquidator is currently securing and realising the assets of the companies and will be commencing an investigation into the causes of failure and the conduct of the company officers. A report to ASIC will be prepared in due course.
Customers
Some customers may have paid full or partial deposits for transportable sheds or other products and not received a complete, or any, delivery of their order. Unfortunately we are unable to complete outstanding orders of the companies. If you are an impacted customer of the group, please submit a Proof of Debt form to register your claim in the liquidation to our office via email to: admin@rcinsol.com.au .
Creditors
If the Company owes you money, an initial Report to Creditors will be issued within 10 Business Days of the appointment and a further detailed Report to Creditors within 3 months of the appointment. If you have not already done so you should complete a Proof of Debt Form and email to our office via email to: admin@rcinsol.com.au
