The tool offers some handy benchmarking information to help you compare your business to others in your industry. eg. how do your costs
compare to others? how about your prices? are they too low? are your staffing levels reasonable? etc, etc...
This type of proactive analysis can help you make adjustments to improve your bottom line, or could highlight issues that may lead to future financial distress... Have a look at these in conjunction with our own Business Health Check tool, previously posted on our Blog.
